Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was spacious and modern, and the staff were amazing, especially the manager Mohammed. The private beach could use more service options, but the pool view rooms were lovely. The surrounding area has great views but is quite pricey.
The hotel had everything we needed for our autistic children but was very smelly like old drain water and there was a spider in the room. I realized this at 8:15 after checking in.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was clean, comfy, and had good amenities which made the stay pleasant, but the plumbing issue with the bidet emitting a sewage smell was a major drawback. The location was convenient, close to the beach and town center, but the high prices for meals and activities in the area were not budget-friendly.
The hotel may have a few drawbacks, but overall, it was a great stay considering the price paid for an all-inclusive week. The rooms were clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The noise from the hotel lounge below was a bit disruptive, making it challenging to get proper rest. Despite looking a bit tired, the cleanliness was satisfactory, making it hostel standard. The hotel offered excellent value for money, and we couldn't find much to fault during our stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were dull and very basic, with a comfortable bed but lacking space. However, the surroundings were lovely, and the all-inclusive drinks were a nice touch. The location was great despite pricey nearby amenities, and the atmosphere in the area was vibrant. However, the lack of adequate sunbeds and parasols in high season was disappointing, and the loud music by the pool made it hard to enjoy. The service was hit or miss, with some staff members being amazing and accommodating, while others were unhelpful and shrugged off requests. The dining experience was average, with a good selection but some dishes being overcooked. The facilities were just okay, with room for improvement in terms of space and waiting times at the bar.
The hotel had rooms that were super nice and clean with very comfy beds, although they were a bit varied in style for us as a group of three adults. The size of the rooms was nice. The service was very helpful and friendly, especially the animation team. The location was open with some queuing, but overall accessible and well looked after, near El Toro. The dining was tasty with a repetitive selection but with made-to-order sandwiches being a highlight. The facilities were well-maintained and had lovely staff to engage with.
